Most of the time, the issue is not vocabulary or grammar. People understand a lot, but when they need to speak, things become harder. It shows up in real situations: meetings, conversations, moments where they need to express something clearly or react quickly.
Under pressure, it becomes difficult to structure thoughts and find the right words.
Sentences feel incomplete, ideas are not expressed the way they want and communication loses clarity. This is where we work.
I use your real work situations to help you communicate more clearly in a foreign language, feel more at ease speaking, and express your ideas effectively at work.
The approach
Through brain-based coaching, I help teams understand what happens in these moments
and build a more stable way of communicating.
We work on real moments : explaining an idea in a meeting, answering a question, reacting quickly in a conversation.
Over time, communication becomes more fluid, more precise, and less effortful.
Working together
Coaching can take place individually or in small groups (2-5 people) depending on the needs of the team.
Programs run over several months (3, 6 or 12 months) with 1 to 2 sessions per week.
Sessions are based on real work situations: meetings, emails, presentations, and day-t0-day communication.
We can focus on everyday situations at work, or more complex contexts such as leadership and decision-making.
Pricing.
Pricing depends on the frequency of sessions, the level of support, and the degree of customization.
Programs typically run over 3 to 12 months.
Sessions take place individually or in small groups (2–5 participants), depending on the needs of the team. They are conducted online via Google Meet, Zoom or Teams.
