Confidence

I help you feel safe, supported, and empowered to express yourself naturally, without fear of judgment or perfectionism.

Clarity

We build clear, simple communication habits so you can express ideas smoothly and understand others with ease.

When brain and emotions work together, language learning becomes clearer and more sustainable.

In one-to-one coaching, we start from your context and build step by step. Each step is designed to bring clarity, reduce pressure, and support steady progress.
This is how language learning starts to work with you, not against you.

Start with a conversation

A first exchange to share your context, your expectations, and your needs. It helps clarify where you are and what kind of support makes sense for you.

Choose your learning path

Based on this first exchange, you decide which type of coaching or program suits you best.
Nothing is imposed, the pace and structure remain flexible.

Anna C. • French Program Learner

Learning French with Rubis feels human, gentle, joyful and empowering. She listens, adapts to what exactly what I need, and creates a safe space where my brain is in the best state for learning – always with care, curiosity and zero judgement.

Philippe M. • Team Coaching

Our team used to struggle to speak up during meetings in English, especially in more complex discussions. With Rubis, something shifted. People started contributing more spontaneously, without overthinking every sentence. The atmosphere became more open, and communication feels much smoother today. It’s had a real impact on how we work together on a daily basis.

Sandra F. • 1:1 Coaching

I used to feel stuck during conference calls, searching for my words and losing my train of thought.
Working with Rubis helped me stay more present and react more naturally in conversations.
I don’t prepare everything in advance anymore. I can speak more freely and keep up with the flow.
It’s made a noticeable difference in my day-to-day work.

One thing I especially like about her teaching is that she doesn’t just give me difficult vocabulary or grammar whenever I can’t express something. Instead, she first helps me figure out how to say what I want to say using the French I already know. Then she naturally brings in new words or sentence structures as part of the conversation. Because of that, I don’t feel like I’m just memorising vocabulary and grammar rules. I’m actually getting used to using them.

In my first few lessons, I hesitated a lot and mixed English and French all the time. But after only about two months, I realised I could go almost an entire one-hour lesson speaking only French. I was definitely still making mistakes, but I didn’t feel as afraid of them anymore, and I could express myself much more confidently.

Agnes

Rubis is the best French teacher I’ve ever had.

From the very first lesson, I could tell that her approach was completely different from the grammar-focused way I had learned French before. We first talked about what kind of learning style worked best for me and what I actually wanted to achieve, and then set both short-term and long-term goals together. We also keep checking my progress along the way instead of just following a fixed curriculum.

At the beginning of each lesson, she always checks in with me, asks how I’m doing and whether I want to change or adjust any of the goals we’ve set. I really appreciate this because the lessons always feel like they’re built around what I actually need.

My main goal is to be able to have small talk with native French speakers without struggling too much. So we spend a lot of our lessons actually talking. We do role-playing, play games, and talk about things I’m interested in, like literature and films.

What I appreciate most about Rubis’s lessons is that it feels less like “studying” French and more like actually acquiring the language by using it. For me, that has been a much more natural and effective way to learn, and I’m really happy with how much more comfortable and confident I’ve become speaking French.
